Decoys are encrypted under independent keys derived via HKDF and pinned to IPFS with the same temporal jitter as real files. Volume, byte-level size, ancestry-conditioned allele frequencies, Ts/Tv ratio and VCF headers are matched — so an adversary with infinite future compute faces a uniform 1/(N+1) chance of identifying the real CID.
